Emil Bjørn Spliid
Emil is a graduate engineer from DTU and has solid experience in project and interdisciplinary management, both for new construction and renovation, as well as construction law and contracts. He also has extensive experience in managing and establishing project budgets, making him a key asset in Property Development, where all his skills come into play. Emil enjoys juggling many tasks at once, while maintaining a positive approach to both assignments and challenges.
Emil has many hobbies, including hunting and sailing. Hunting is a newer passion, whereas sailing has been a significant part of his life since childhood, having participated in several family sailing trips. Emil is naturally curious, and who knows what other interests may arise. In addition, physical training is an important part of his daily routine, with a goal to compete in a triathlon and other sports events. His past as a competitive swimmer has fueled his desire for achievement. Most importantly for Emil are his family and friends, with whom he regularly maintains close ties, sharing a common passion for gastronomy and culinary experiences.
