Team Lead of Property Operations & Support
Lisette Fugmann Thamdrup
Lisette is one of the "newcomers" and serves as Team Lead for Property Development and Support. We were immediately drawn to Lisette's positive energy, smile, and integrity, as well as her experience in customer service and support. She has a deep interest in people, relationships, and community, and is driven by what we can create together.
Lisette has, among other roles, been a center manager at a shopping mall, where she was responsible for attracting and retaining customers. Here, visibility, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with stakeholders were the key pillars. In recent years, she has worked on experience development and support in the tourism industry.
Lisette has been happily married to Jens for many years, and together they have two grown children who have left the nest, both with partners from other nationalities.
Lisette and Jens live in a multigenerational co-housing community with 33 owner-occupied homes and 90 residents in Birkerød. Here, there are ample opportunities for Lisette to use her skills to help create meaningful communities and foster cross-generational cohesion, inclusion, joy of life, and making things happen.
In her free time, she is active in the co-housing community, rows on Furesøen, goes to the gym, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Additionally, she loves skiing, being outdoors, and as a scout, she lives by the motto: Freedom with responsibility.
