In addition to the benefits of sharing, one of the most important factors of 21-5 is that there are no hassles for our 21-5 families.

We take care of everything from the beginning. The only thing our 21-5 families have to do is focus on their next trip to one of their holiday homes.

Legal Affairs
During the establishment phase, our capable Legal Affairs team handles all the practical aspects of property acquisition. They prepare powers of attorney, liaise with lawyers, accountants, notaries and insurance companies. They oversee all property transactions, culminating in the distribution of 21 keys to each home when they are ready for use.

Once the homes are operational, the property management team handles ongoing communication with local authorities and oversees all meetings in the prospective residential buildings where 21-5 apartments are located.

Property Operations & Support
Our dedicated team provides ongoing support while our families are in their homes. We assist with sudden damages or problems and also provide preventive maintenance of the homes to minimize problems.

As a 21-5 family, you can reach the support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the emergency phone line if necessary, or via email if it is not an emergency.

Whether not being able to find the Tour de France on TV on a day with an important mountain stage is an emergency or not is a matter of personal judgement - there are likely to be differing opinions. No matter what, we are always there to answer the phone.

Community in the owner association

Membersite

Each owner association has its own private online member-site.

On the member-site, you'll find all the documents related to the owner association and the homes, including financial statements, notices of general meetings, minutes of general meetings, operating budgets, house rules, deeds, account statements, and more.

The membership site also includes a blog. The blog provides regular updates on the holiday homes and the destination through photos and videos during the construction and operation phases. In addition, when the homes are completed and operational, photos and detailed descriptions of each home will be posted, along with all specifications for the homes.

The member site also allows you to interact with other owners and share what you've learned while using your shared homes and exploring the local area. You can share within the owner association or with all the other 21-5 owner associations up and running.

In addition, the member-site is where you find the booking system.

Book the weeks you want

Booking

Bookings are made through the owner association's user-friendly member-site. The system is designed so that there is no rush to secure the most attractive vacation weeks; booking is done quietly and calmly to ensure that those who are quickest on the keyboard are not favored.

On average, each family has access to 12 weeks in the homes each year. This is more than most can use. Some 21-5 families enjoy renting out the houses, especially to close family members. It is not allowed to rent out the homes and earn income. Families in our established owner associations typically book an average of 9 weeks per year, leaving plenty of room in the calendar for spontaneous vacations and stays.
