In our Black Universe there are no rules, no limits, everything is possible.
We design our Black owner associations based on all the experiences we have gained since we conceived the idea of 21-5 in late 2008. Black owner associations have fewer families per home, which allows for more flexibility than our regular 21-5 owner associations, and the homes are generally in better locations and with fewer compromises.
The majority of families have plenty of flexibility in our "regular" 21-5 owner associations. Families who choose to join a Black owner association are primarily seeking an even greater degree of flexibility.
Black homes tend to have better locations with fewer compromises in materials and interior design. Black homes are usually no larger than our Grande homes, so it can be difficult to differentiate them in pictures, as our Grande homes already meet most families' needs for a truly enjoyable holiday home.
By purchasing a share in Black 10-4, you'll become a co-owner of 4 homes in the above destinations, the homes will match the high standards of the homes we've purchased for our first Black families.

Each home is individually designed based on its location and original character. Original details are preserved or sometimes need to be recreated. The interaction between the original character and the "new" should be subtle and exquisite. Our design team can't wait to get started.
Expect a blend of Scandinavian design, quality and unique original local details. In addition to ambiance and design, we prioritize social interaction and quality of life in each of the outstanding villas.

We are looking forward to finding and creating the four homes for the new Black owner association, where our skills and creativity can really come into play.
