Purposes and basis for 21-5's processing of personal data

21-5 A/S collects information about visitors to our website www.21-5.dk in two ways:

By the visitor providing information themselves
By using cookies and pixels

Visitors to the website provide a number of personal data if they use a form on the site to sign up for e.g. newsletter, coffee meeting, opening meeting or other. Specifically, this includes name, email, mobile number, address, postal code and city.

This data is necessary for 21-5 to fulfill the agreement entered into with the visitor in connection with filling out the form, including sending the requested material, contact by phone, email or regular mail.

In addition, the website uses cookies and pixels that support 21-5's marketing purposes. In some cases, we share visitor information with our social media, advertising and analytics partners, such as Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. Find our partners' cookie and privacy policies under Cookie Policy.

Transfer to third countries
In some cases, we transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU and EEA. This may be the case for some of our data processors (e.g. IT suppliers). We always enter into standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission with the recipient before transferring the personal data. We prioritize the security of your personal data.

If you want to know more about our specific transfers, our legal department will be happy to elaborate [email protected]

Storage of your personal data
We store your personal data for as long as it is relevant for the purpose for which it was collected. After that, it will be deleted. We leave your personal data to our data processors. 21-5 strives to ensure that your personal data is stored within the EU and EEA. However, 21-5 also uses suppliers who process your data in or from countries outside the EU/EEA.
