We love finding the diamonds in the rough and transforming them into the most beautiful gems. We have a vivid imagination, so if the location of a property is good and the necessary permits can be obtained, we're in. Nothing gives us more energy than transforming tired and worn out homes into unique, individual, modern residences - created with respect for the original beautiful details.

Even when we were looking for homes for our first 21-5 owner association, we realized that we could get the best results by buying homes that needed "a little" TLC.

It's not the easiest approach for 21-5, but in the end, it provides the best results for our families - and that's the most important thing. Of course, we could just find homes that are "good enough," but "good enough" isn't enough for our 21-5 families.

That is why more than 99 out of 100 homes we buy for our groups need some level of renovation. This allows us to achieve the absolute best results, both in terms of location, views, solar orientation, and the quality of the homes' interior design and materials.

Today, we are able to handle the most challenging construction projects, from building a new home from the ground up, to renovating to a local, atmospheric quality, all while maintaining aesthetics and original character.
