Directly on the south-western coast of Mallorca, in a well-known and well-established development in Santa Ponsa, lies the association's penthouse apartment with the sea as its closest neighbour. The flat is designed around an open-plan living area, where the kitchen and living room form a natural gathering point. The three bedrooms are set back, providing space for privacy and tranquillity, while the wide balcony opens the home up to the street and city life. Light plays a central role in the flat, contributing to a light and inviting atmosphere.

GRASSE

The association's villa in the South of France is a classic Provençal residence with tranquil proportions and a private setting, located in a well-established area characterised by

beautiful, older properties. The surroundings are green and secluded, offering space to retreat without prying eyes or disturbances.

The villa is a short distance from Grasse, where restaurants, shops and cultural attractions are active all year round. The town's location in the hinterland also provides easy access to both the beaches of Cannes and Nice Airport, and the area around Grasse offers small villages and markets with a classic southern French atmosphere.
