INT64 is an association of residences that brings together coast, city and countryside across Mallorca, Southern France, Tuscany, Chamonix and Southern Spain. The association has already taken up residence in Southern Spain, while future residences in Sant Elm, Provence, Chamonix and Tuscany are under development.

In the Chianti Classico area near Siena, the association's future Tuscan villa is surrounded by olive groves and open landscapes. A classic country house with four bedrooms, comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas, and a swimming pool, close to both village life and the city of Siena.

The association's spacious apartment overlooks the sea and the open coastline and is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea in peaceful surroundings near Estepona.
