Ready to Go
Some families prefer to join an already established 21-5 association rather than joining a traditional 21-5 association from the project phase.
When you buy a share in an already established association, there are two key benefits:
You can go on holiday almost immediately
You can see exactly which 5 homes you will own, with photos, videos, floor plans and locations
We have two types of Ready to Go options.
One is a traditional 21-5 association where a family wishes to sell their share.
With over 1,500 families in our existing associations, there will naturally always be shares for sale in some of them.
Some families leave 21-5 to get their own holiday home somewhere. For some, family dynamics have changed. Others sell due to changes in their personal circumstances, such as illness, divorce or other circumstances.
However, the main reason for selling a share has historically been to move to another 21-5 association. Typically, this has been due to the need for either larger or smaller homes, but it may also be that a new association offers destinations that are a better fit for the family.
Many shares are sold via waiting lists. That is why many potential 21-5 families join the waiting list for their preferred association(s). If you are considering buying a share in an established 21-5 association at some point, it is a good idea to join the waiting list for the potential associations you might be interested in joining. The second option for buying a share in a association where the homes have been purchased and are ready for use is associations that we establish without families, and where we only put the shares up for sale once homes are ready for use. Typically, the shares are sold in three phases as homes become ready for use.

Our share in DK2 has now been sold and it's over with 21-5 for this time, we might come back.
Thank you for 10 great years in 21-5 with you and the entire 21-5 team. We want you to know that it has been truly amazing for us. It was 10 great years with lots of travelling and experiences in our lovely homes. We've counted our holidays, we've been away 68 times since our first home went into operation.
We are very grateful for the way you set it all up. We felt like pioneers, when we entered 21-5 it was all new and untested. It's not like that anymore. We don't have a strong economy like many of our co-owners, but we have always felt safe and well taken care of. Ulla and I feel today that this has been our best decision together, a decision we made at a time when we had only known each other for a short time.
It ends with great success, we come out with a nice sum of money on top, which was not at all the intention from the start. With the takeover on 1 March, things suddenly went very quickly. It's almost surreal, and we have a strange feeling, because we have booked for 2024 and also booked flights for some of our bookings, and now we're not going to our homes this year after all.
It has been great for us to be part of the 21-5 community. Both in our association with many lovely people with great respect for each other. But also in the whole 21-5 community with you as back-up, always available with help, always with good humour, great professionalism and always trustworthy.
