When we design a Ready to Go association, we start by finding and creating the homes. When the first homes are ready, we release the first shares, and as more homes become ready, we release more shares for families to join. It's almost like buying a share in an existing 21-5 association, where you can see the actual 5 homes you'll own, and you can book the homes immediately after joining. They main duifference is that the homes are completely newly created to the latest 21-5 standards.
