Community
When you join one of our owner associations, you automatically join the 21-5 community. It's not a community that you have to do anything active to join, but it's an opportunity that many of our families enjoy and benefit from.
There is the community within your own owner association and there is the community across of all the 21-5 owner associations.
At first, you will be closer to the families in your own owner association, but over time you will have the opportunity to get to know many families from all the other associations.
The community has opened up many relationships, both professional and personal.
We regularly host events at the office in Denmark north of Copenhagen, where it is possible to meet many of us in 21-5. But many also come to meet other 21-5 families. We also meet at the destinations from time to time. It is very special to meet other 21-5 families at the destinations. At all the events, people talk about the many things to do in the different destinations.
We have up to 40 homes in operation in several destinations, so there are plenty of opportunities to meet other 21-5s who are also on vacation.

2024
Foundation of the First German Association
The first meeting for the 21 owners of the first German association DE25. On this occasion, a pleasant Get Together was arranged where the families could get to know each other personally for the first time. In a relaxed atmosphere with food and drink, lively conversations were held, and there was a cheerful mood.
The meeting, which took place at our beautiful location in Hamburg with a lovely view of the Alster, turned into an unforgettable evening. The families truly enjoyed the time together and created valuable connections. The evening was marked by anticipation for the holiday properties and vacations. A good start, both for the families and for us.

New year's reception
The new year's reception is an annual event at 21-5 that many families attend year after year.

Wine tasting in Mallorca
You never know what to expect when you're invited to a tour and wine tasting, but we can guarantee that all of the 21-5 families who attended the event went home with a great experience.
On two Thursdays in July, we visited Søren at his BiniVista vineyard. Søren built the vineyard from a bare field, the first vines were planted in 2018, and today he has 110,000 grape-bearing vines. Søren's modest goal is to make "the best wine in the world" and he has taken an almost scientific approach.
Søren tells the story with great passion, a passion that we at 21-5 can easily recognize.
It was good that we had arranged a bus so that most people didn't have to drive home.

A magical evening in the company of Boy George
Most people over the age of 45 know Boy George and his band Culture Club. What many don't know is that he continued his musical career as a DJ after retiring as a singer and songwriter. His artistic gene was then continuously satisfied by painting and sewing, among other things. In recent years he has concentrated on his career as a visual artist, and it was on this occasion that Galleri Oxholm organized a private event at Klampenborg Galopbane north of Copenhagen.
Kim Jørgensen, who is a part of a 21-5 owner association, is the owner of Galleri Oxholm in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Kim was given the opportunity to purchase Boy George's entire "Private Collection", all of which are his own works that the artist himself has hung in his impressive London home. These works were exhibited for the first time alongside some of his more recent work.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to invite our 21-5 families along with Kim's own guest list. It was a magical evening with over 400 people partying.

Après-ski in Chamonix
In the third week of February, all 21-5 homes in Chamonix were booked. With almost 40 homes in operation in the valley, there was a good basis for some fun together. We invited everyone to an après-ski and it was a wonderful couple of hours in good company.

Meet & Greet in Stockholm
In February, we hosted a get-together for our Swedish families at our office in Stockholm.
It's great to share experiences with families from other 21-5 owner associations, often with useful tips to spice up our upcoming vacations.
We also compare homes and locations, and it always turns out that the families like their own houses the best. Fortunately, the vast majority of 21-5 families feel that they have the best homes of all.
