DK15 comprises five completed residences, each offering something special – from the tranquillity of the mountains and the energy of the city to sea views and Tuscan charm. What they all have in common is a sense of spaciousness, views and quality – both inside and out.

In Port d'Andratx, the association owns a large flat with a large south-facing terrace and views of the sea and the harbour, while in Chamonix, the owners live in La Cordée with access to a pool, spa and fitness centre – and a view of Mont Blanc that is almost beyond belief. In Tuscany, an undisturbed stone house awaits near the charming town of Palaia, with a pizza oven, vineyards and olive groves on the horizon. In the south of France, the townhouse in St. Jeannet is full of local details, an outdoor kitchen on the roof terrace and access to the most beautiful hiking trails right behind the house. And in Barcelona, you stay on the top floor in the Gothic Quarter – close to everything, yet secluded and with wonderful light.

DK15 is an association with high ceilings, great views and space for both family life and contemplation – wherever the journey takes you.

Palaia

Tuscany

Lovely restored stone house, located in a secluded spot in Palaia between Pisa and Florence. It has a beautiful south-facing terrace overlooking the pool area with unrivalled views of a wide valley with olive groves and vineyards. It is only 2-3 km to the small town of Palaia with cafés, restaurants and small shops, which can even be reached on the association's mountain bikes. The property has many of the original Tuscan architectural details that we love, including a covered terrace and its own pizza oven.

Saint-Jeannet

South of France

Very charming four-storey townhouse with many of the original southern French architectural details. It is centrally located in St. Jeannet, a short distance from small shops, cafés and restaurants, and the most beautiful viewpoints overlooking Nice and the Mediterranean. At the rear of the house there is direct access to several hiking trails, including a short walk up to the Baou cliff, which can be seen all the way from Nice and is definitely worth a visit. The popular towns of Vance and Tourrettes sur Loup are only 5-7 km from the house. The house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The kitchen/living room is the heart of the house, and on the top floor there is a TV room and access to a completely secluded roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, offering the most incredible south/west-facing views.

Large single-storey apartment at the entrance to Port Andratx with a south-facing terrace across the entire width of the apartment and the most incredible view of the sea. The terrace area has a nice overhang where you can seek shelter from the sun, and at the back of the apartment is another lovely terrace. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the harbour's restaurants and shops, and on the way down there is the small, cosy town beach, Cala Fonoll. There are three bedrooms, and the kitchen/dining room, together with the living room, is large and bright with wide sliding doors to the large terrace. The staircase pool is located so that you can keep an eye on the little ones swimming, and there is a lift halfway up to the apartment.

The property offers unrivalled views over its own small garden with a private lake and, beyond that, Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi, which are definitely worth a visit, both in summer and winter.

The flat has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living area are connected, each with large sliding doors opening onto the very spacious terrace that spans the entire width of the flat. There is parking, a heated ski room and a storage room for the association's four mountain bikes, which can be used for excursions.
