The owner association's lovely stone house in Palaia has a beautiful location with classic views of the rolling Tuscan hills. The layout of the house has been changed quite a bit, so the ground floor now includes, among other things, a delightful open kitchen-dining area and a spacious living room. A true gem.

The owner association's apartment in Barcelona was mostly finished when we took over. However, it lacked a bit of warmth and 21-5 charm, so the first thing we did was to create a new layout for the living room. We wanted to have an entrance, both to avoid walking directly into the living room and to minimize noise from the staircase.

The owner association's very charming townhouse in St. Jeannet has undergone a major renovation. We have changed the layout to make it more cohesive than before. The house consists of four floors, exuding ambiance, charm, and original details. At the top, there is an unseen rooftop terrace with the most beautiful view.

The apartment boasts a delightful and breathtaking view of both the open sea and the entrance to the city. You can gaze across at La Mola, the well-known peninsula in the area. The terrace spans the entire width of the apartment. The owner association's families are particularly pleased with their gem in Mallorca.

Apartment in an impressive newly renovated building, converted from hotel apartments to condominiums. We purchased the apartment off-plan, and it has had a steep appreciation curve since it was put into use. One can understand why after visiting the apartment and the property, which includes a large indoor communal pool and fitness facilities, among other amenities.
