In the charming village of Spéracèdes in Provence lies the association’s villa, offering spectacular views of the rolling countryside and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. On a clear day, you can see the boats and the lights of Cannes. The location is both private and peaceful in a quiet neighbourhood, whilst the charming and authentic mountain village of Cabris, with its restaurants and cafés, is just a few minutes away.

The property has a total floor area of approx. 280 m², making it comparable in size to the properties in the Grande associations. It is quite unique for a ‘Large’ association to have such a large property with space for several families. The location is absolutely perfect, as the property lies between the major cities of Pisa and Florence, and is just a short drive from the coast and the city of Livorno. The property is situated on a small hilltop and boasts an exceptionally large plot of over 5,000 m².

From the house’s south-facing terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding classic Tuscan countryside. A pergola provides shade on hot summer days, whilst the view forms a beautiful backdrop for both morning coffee and long evenings around the dining table.

When the association took over the property, it was more or less a ruin in a perfect location. This made it possible to build a brand-new villa without compromising on the classic Tuscan style. At the same time, the association had a genuine, full-size Italian pizza oven built.
