The owner association's five homes have been found and purchased, with several already in use. Pictures of the homes are being posted continuously as they are prepared for our families, and a skilled photographer has visited during sunny weather.
Mallorca
The owner association has acquired an apartment on the coveted La Mola peninsula, which is the southern part of the entrance to Port d'Andratx. The apartment is on two levels and features a large terrace on the top with a fantastic view of the sea and the bay. It won't be bad to have your 'Sun-downer' here.
Southern France
The owner association's villa in Southern France has a wonderful ambiance. It features many original details that the association's families enjoy. Superb location - private and secluded.
Chamonix
The owner association has acquired an apartment in a charming condominium in the center of Chamonix. It offers views of Mont Blanc and the cable car, among other things. A superb base for exploring the city and the surrounding area all year round.
Tuscany (before pictures)
It's not every day that we have the opportunity to acquire a countryside villa in Tuscany with a view of the sea and Elba, but DK40 has. We look forward to '21-5ifying' the villa, which will become a perfect base for relaxation and comfort in the gentle hills.
Southern Spain
The owner association has acquired a two-story apartment between Marbella and Estepona. It boasts a huge terrace with views of the sea and Gibraltar. It's in a cozy 'garden complex' with direct access to the beach, good common areas, a pool, fitness facilities, and more.
