DK49 brings together five properties, each with its own unique atmosphere – from mountains and vineyards to harbour towns and southern beaches. It is an association for those who want to experience both the tranquillity and the rhythm of Europe, and who appreciate well-designed settings with room for everything.

In Tuscany, the property is located near Serrazzano, a property with authentic stone facades, beautiful details and a garden filled with wisteria, pine trees and a pool – close to Volterra and the Tuscan coastline. In Mallorca, the apartment has a south-facing terrace, sea views and a bright interior – a short distance from the beach and atmospheric restaurants in Port d'Andratx. In Chamonix, an apartment awaits in the attractive Les Praz with a balcony and mountain views, close to both ski lifts, golf courses and scenic hiking trails. In the south of France, there is a Provençal stone villa with a large pool, outdoor kitchen and spectacular views – within walking distance of Fayence and overlooking the Saint-Cassien lakes. The association’s flat is situated in an attractive location in Port d’Andratx, overlooking the open Mediterranean and the entrance to one of Mallorca’s most sought-after harbours. Here, you are close to everything that makes the area so popular – the harbour promenade’s restaurants, small cafés, shops and the charming bathing coves that characterise the coastline around the town. The south-facing position also ensures fantastic natural light and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
