Lovely villa in a wonderful location with the most beautiful views from both the villa and the pool. The view from this property is truly unique, overlooking the characteristic rolling hills, where the sides of the hills do not see the sun's rays at the same time, creating the most beautiful patterns.

City apartment located right on Rue Montorgeuil in the 2nd Arrondissement, surrounded by beautiful older buildings and with cultural experiences right outside the front door. There are theatres, museums and a wealth of restaurants and sidewalk cafés where you can experience the special Parisian atmosphere. The apartment has exposed ceiling beams and beautiful natural light.

The property is located in the wonderfully cosy Les Praz area with small, charming shops and a short distance to the lifts. The flat is on the ground floor of this relatively new and cosy log cabin. Really nice flat on the 3rd floor with lots of charming details. The location is superb between Piazza Navona and the River Tiber, and the flat is a perfect base for experiencing the city's life and atmosphere up close.
