The association was founded with the first families, but it is still possible to join.

The first home has been purchased, and we are now looking for the other homes for the families in the association.

We look forward to the association being fully subscribed with 21 families, but we especially look forward to finding and creating all 5 homes.

Between cliffs, forests and open water in the Stockholm archipelago lies the association's villa on Ljusterö, overlooking the sparkling sea. The surroundings are characteristic of the Swedish archipelago – raw nature, clear light and a silence that is only broken by the wind and the water. Here, you can experience the archipelago up close, both from the house and from the cliffs along the coast.

The villa exudes Nordic simplicity with bright rooms and an interior that invites you to stay all year round. The kitchen and living room gather around the heart of the house, while the fireplace and large windows create warmth and views in the same movement. The transition to outdoor life is natural, with a terrace, sauna and access to the water as an integral part of life here.

Days can be spent slowly, with morning coffee in the sun, swimming from the cliffs and quiet moments in the forest. Kayaking, fishing and evenings in front of the fire are part of the rhythm here. An atmospheric base in the archipelago, where nature sets the pace and holidays take on a life of their own.
