INT60 Grande

INT60 is an international association with holiday homes in Southern Europe and the Alps, curated to offer variation in geography and experiences. The homes in Tuscany and Southern Spain are operational, while Mallorca, Southern France and Chamonix are currently under development.

In the heart of Chamonix, with the striking landscape of the Alps as a constant presence, the association's classic chalet is located in a rare central location. The atmosphere is authentic and lively, with the alpine pulse of the town right outside the door and the tranquillity of the mountains as a backdrop to your stay.

The cosy chalet dates back to 1920 and still bears the characteristic architectural details that characterise the area's historic mountain dwellings. Inside, the rooms are spacious and inviting, with a warm atmosphere and a natural flow between living, socialising and more secluded areas. Inside and outside are easily connected, and the setting is ideal for both relaxation and shared meals and socialising in both summer and winter.

The property is just a few steps away from lifts, shops and cafés, and Chamonix's unique combination of city life and nature is always within reach. An atmospheric base that works just as well for quiet stays for a few as for holidays with family and friends all year round.

Just outside the small village of Montalbino, the association’s classic Tuscan villa is situated high up in the open countryside. The view stretches across vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills, and the location combines tranquillity with easy access to Florence.

The association’s villa is built in a classic style with clear references to local architectural traditions and furnished with a focus on socialising and practicality. Materials and details create a warm and tranquil atmosphere with a natural connection between indoors and outdoors.
