INT63 brings together five properties ranging from the Mediterranean coastline to the heights of the Alps and the historic streets of Barcelona. The portfolio combines sea views in Sant Elm, Provençal village atmosphere in Seillans, Tuscan hills near San Gimignano, Alpine landscape in Austria and big city pulse in Barri Gòtic – each with its own distinct character and atmosphere.

What the properties have in common is a location that brings the surroundings close by: the water in front of the terrace, the vineyards on the horizon, the mountains outside the window or city life just below the balcony. Here you will find outdoor life, culture and active days in nature, balanced by peaceful surroundings and well-thought-out interiors.

The association is aimed at those who want variety between destinations and types of holiday – from the southern European pace to alpine freshness and urban energy. A diverse portfolio, where each property offers its own atmosphere and the opportunity to return to places that feel familiar in their own way.

Sant Elm

Mallorca

On the western coast of Mallorca, where the sun sets over the sea in Sant Elm, lies the association's apartment with direct access to the water and views of Dragonera Island. The village is small and relaxed with restaurants and beaches within walking distance, and the atmosphere is carried by the rhythm of the sea and the golden light over the bay.

The apartment has been newly renovated and decorated with materials and colours that reflect the island's nature. The kitchen and living room open onto the terrace, where evenings are naturally spent overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Three bright bedrooms and two bathrooms provide space for both family and guests in a peaceful, harmonious setting.

From the front door, the day can begin with a dip from the cliffs and continue along the paths through the mountains behind the town. Nearby villages offer markets and local life, while the sea is always close by.

Seillans

South of France

At the foot of the medieval town of Seillans, within walking distance of cobbled streets and small restaurants, lies the association's classic stone villa with its characteristic blue shutters. The location combines village life with a more secluded tranquillity, where the view opens up to the Provençal countryside.

Inside, the home is characterised by hand-cut stone floors and locally sourced materials. The rooms are warm and harmonious, with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and living areas that bring the family together in an informal and inviting atmosphere. The house's design is consistent with the architecture and tradition of the area.

The garden surrounds the villa with several terraces and a beautifully situated pool, inviting long days under the open sky. There is room for both quiet moments and lively dinners, while the village and the markets' produce await just a few steps away.

San Gimignano

Tuscany (before pictures)

The silhouette of San Gimignano's towers stands out on the horizon from the association's villa, located in the coveted hills surrounding the town. The surroundings are classic Tuscan with vineyards and olive groves, and the view frames the landscape in a way that feels both open and intimate.

The house has been carefully renovated with respect for its origins. The materials are in keeping with local tradition, and the rooms are bright and harmonious. The kitchen serves as a gathering place, while the four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer peace and comfort. Outside, the pool and terrace provide a natural setting for relaxation, complemented by the garden and outdoor kitchen.

From the villa, both small villages and larger cultural cities are within easy reach. Days can be filled with market visits, bike rides in the hills or quiet moments overlooking the valley. An atmospheric base in Tuscany, where the historic landscape and modern holiday life meet.

Saalbach

Austria

The mountains rise up around the association's apartment in Austria, where the impressive natural surroundings set the scene all year round. The location is quiet and easy to navigate, just a few kilometres from the lifts and town life of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, which can be reached in a few minutes by car or ski bus. Here you are in the middle of the alpine landscape with views and fresh mountain air as a permanent feature of your holiday.

The flat is bright and well-appointed with three bedrooms and an open-plan layout that provides space for both family and guests. The kitchen and dining area bring the living space together, while the sauna adds a special touch of comfort after a day of skiing or hiking. The materials are kept in a modern, warm style that supports the feeling of stepping into a place where it is easy to find peace.

Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers a continuous ski area with varied slopes, and in summer the landscape opens up for hiking and mountain biking. Here, you can enjoy an active holiday or a more relaxed pace – with the changing light of the mountains as a constant backdrop.

Barri Gòtic

Barcelona

In the heart of the lively Barri Gòtic neighbourhood, surrounded by narrow streets and historic façades, lies the association's flat with views of the city's classic buildings. Here, you are close to both the beach and the pulse of the city, and everyday life is lived among cafés, specialty shops and culture right outside your door.

The flat has several French balconies that open the home to the street and the light. The interior design combines herringbone parquet, stucco and warm colours in a harmonious whole, where the kitchen and living room flow naturally together. The sleeping area is well-appointed with an elegant master bedroom and two additional rooms, all with a calm and consistent atmosphere.

The apartment is within walking distance of museums, markets and the city's beach promenade, and you can spend your days as you please – from culture and football to the beach and evenings at local restaurants. A home in Barcelona where architecture, light and city life merge into one overall experience.
