INT66 Grande

Tuscany

Chamonix

Mallorca

South of France

Southern Sweden

Some destinations do not need to make a statement. They do not rely on the energy of a city or a long list of attractions to leave a lasting impression. INT66 brings together places where the surroundings are allowed to take centre stage – by the sea, in the mountains and within landscapes that invite a slower pace.

The portfolio stretches from the Mallorcan coastline at Porto Petro to the hills of Southern France and the Swedish west coast, stretching onwards to the alpine surroundings of Chamonix and the Tuscan countryside near Volterra. What unites the destinations is a sense of space, light and closeness to nature, whether the view is of the sea, the forest, the mountains or the open countryside.

Holidays here are not defined by any single activity, but by the opportunity to engage with the surroundings. Long days outdoors, meals under the open sky and the pleasure of returning to places that may be very different from one another, yet share the same sense of calm and connection to the landscape.

Porto Petro

Mallorca (before pictures)

Right on the waterfront in Porto Petro, the association's villa is in the front row with unobstructed views of the sea. The location is privileged and peaceful, where the changing colours of the Mediterranean set the mood from morning to night. Here, you can feel the Mallorcan coast close by – in the light, the breeze and the relaxed atmosphere.

The villa has a character that is rooted in the island's architecture and materials. The rooms are bright and inviting, and the transition between indoors and outdoors is natural. The terraces gather around the pool, where the view of the water becomes an integral part of everyday life.

The house is a short distance from the harbour, small restaurants and coastal paths. Days can begin with a morning dip and end with the sunset over the bay. A home in Mallorca where proximity to the sea defines both the experience and the pace of life.

The property is not yet in operation and is currently being developed as part of the association’s future portfolio of holiday homes.

Cabris

South of France (before pictures)

In the green hills above the Côte d’Azur, near the charming village of Cabris, lies the association’s Provençal villa with open views of the valley and the sea in the distance. The residence is called Le Mas de l'Eau Vive – “the house where life flows” – and the surroundings are peaceful and private, characterised by terraced gardens, olive trees and the characteristic lightness of southern France.

The residence appears harmonious and inviting, with architecture that blends naturally into the landscape. The bright living areas have high ceilings and a relaxed elegance, where materials, light and views come together. Inside and outside are effortlessly connected, and several seating areas provide space for both tranquillity, socialising and al fresco dining around the pool.

It is a short distance to village life, markets and local restaurants, while the coast and Nice Airport are easily accessible by car. An atmospheric setting for your stay in Provence, where you can live at a leisurely pace with room for both togetherness and experiences.

The property is not yet in operation and is currently being developed as part of the association’s future portfolio of holiday homes.

Vejbystrand

Southern Sweden (before pictures)

Just a few hundred metres from the beach in Vejbystrand, with the sea as its closest neighbour and Båstad within a short driving distance, the association's property is located in one of Sweden's most sought-after coastal areas. Here, dunes, forests and open spaces meet in a peaceful whole, where the light and the changing seasons set the mood.

The residence is spread over a spacious main building with high-ceilinged living areas, a conservatory and a garden that naturally extends the living space indoors. The materials are kept in a Nordic, harmonious tone, and the floor plan offers flexibility with several bedrooms and separate buildings for guests or leisure purposes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with room for both holiday tranquillity and larger gatherings.

The beach is within walking distance of this charming residence, while the harbour, cafés and nature trails are close by. Båstad and Ängelholm complement the urban life, and Copenhagen is within easy reach. A place on the Swedish west coast where holidays can be spent in tune with the sea and the open landscape.

The property is not yet in operation and is currently being developed as part of the association’s future portfolio of holiday homes.
