The portfolio spans a variety of landscapes, cultures and holiday experiences, with each home contributing its own distinctive character to create a diverse setting for life on holiday.

Grasse
South of France
Set on the edge of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-Grasse, this classic Provençal villa enjoys views across the rolling green countryside. The setting is peaceful, while village life, the coast and the many attractions of the region are all within easy reach.
The villa offers four bedrooms and bright living spaces that open naturally onto the terraces and gardens. During the renovation, great care was taken to preserve the home's original details and authentic Provençal character. The pool area, pétanque court and several outdoor spaces make it easy to follow the sun throughout the day - whether your holiday calls for relaxing by the pool, a game of pétanque, long lunches outdoors or exploring the nearby villages and local markets.
The village of Châteauneuf-Grasse, with its charming streets and small restaurants, is just a few minutes away, while nearby Grasse offers shops, markets and local life throughout the year. Cannes, Antibes and the Mediterranean can all be reached in around 30 minutes, and Nice Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive away.

Surrounded by historic farmhouses and with Mont Blanc forming part of the view, the setting is peaceful, while restaurants, boutiques, the golf course and the nearby lift are all within easy reach.
The apartment offers three bedrooms, while the bright kitchen and living area create a natural gathering place.
