Tuscany
South of France
Chamonix
Paris
Southern Spain
From the historic streets of Le Marais in Paris to the vineyard landscapes of Tuscany, the Mediterranean coastline of Southern Spain, the alpine surroundings of Chamonix and the distinctive landscapes of Provence, INT71 brings together destinations where culture, landscape and everyday life blend naturally together.
There is no single way to spend a holiday here. Some stays unfold among cafés, markets and city life, while others are shaped by vineyards, mountain scenery or life by the coast. What unites the destinations is their strong local identity and the feeling of being close to the life that surrounds them – whether in a Parisian street, a Tuscan village or by the Mediterranean.
The portfolio brings together both contrast and cohesion. From the energy of the city to the tranquillity of the countryside, it offers a variety of experiences throughout the year, while allowing the distinct atmosphere of each destination to remain firmly at the forefront.
Montepulciano
Tuscany (before pictures)
Between vineyards and olive groves, where the landscape undulates through the open valleys of Val d'Orcia, lies the association's ‘rustico’, surrounded by one of Tuscany's most authentic cultural landscapes. Here, the area is not experienced as a backdrop, but as a living everyday space where nature, history and pace are inextricably linked.
The residence exudes the robust simplicity that characterises classic Tuscan country houses. The thick walls and spacious proportions lend a natural gravitas, while the view of the open countryside sets the scene for countless holidays. There is room for long meals, shady breaks and quiet days, where the surroundings are allowed to fill the space as much as the house itself.
In the immediate area, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino are natural destinations for excursions, each with its own character and roots in wine, craftsmanship and local culture. The distances are short, but the variety is great, and holiday life is lived between markets, village life and the countryside itself.
The property is not yet in operation and is currently being developed as part of the association’s future portfolio of holiday homes.

Les Issambres
South of France (before pictures)
Nestled between the sea and the pine trees in Les Issambres lies the association’s villa, offering unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and the distinctive coastline of the Côte d’Azur. The area is known for its quieter, more authentic atmosphere, where small beaches, local restaurants and the everyday life of the South of France still take precedence over the large tourist crowds. Here, you experience a rare combination of proximity to the Riviera’s vibrant life and a sense of peace and tranquillity.
The villa spans two floors and combines classic southern French charm with modern comfort and functional solutions, creating a harmonious and contemporary whole. The outdoor setting is truly special. Terraces, an infinity pool and a pool house are positioned to face the sea, creating natural spaces to relax in throughout the day. The villa is a short distance from the coast, whilst Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and the area’s many markets, harbours and restaurants are easily explored. A home on the French Riviera where views, atmosphere and quality of life come together in a beautiful and relaxed whole.
The property is not yet operational and is currently under development as part of the association’s future property portfolio.

Chamonix (before pictures)
Set in a quiet chalet area within walking distance of the centre of Chamonix, the association’s apartment is surrounded by mountain scenery and a classic Alpine atmosphere. The location combines the best of both worlds: peaceful surroundings with nature close by, yet easy access to ski lifts, the ski bus, shops and the lively town centre, which makes Chamonix one of the Alps’ most sought-after destinations all year round.
The apartment is part of a charming chalet and exudes the warm and welcoming atmosphere one hopes to find in a classic mountain home. From the apartment, there is direct access to both the terrace and the garden, which add an extra dimension to your stay outside the winter season.
In winter, some of Europe’s best skiing experiences are within easy reach, whilst summer offers hiking, cycling and long days in the mountains. At the same time, Chamonix is a lively town with cafés, restaurants and an international atmosphere that makes the destination attractive all year round. A property that combines chalet atmosphere, space and location in a way that is rarely found in Chamonix.
The property is not yet operational and is currently under development as part of the association’s upcoming property portfolio.

Casares Playa

Along the coast, the promenade invites you to take long walks in both directions, while some of the area's best beach bars, including La Sal, are within easy reach. Casares Costa also offers proximity to golf, nature and city life, with Estepona and Sotogrande within easy reach.

4th arrondissement
Paris (before pictures)
On Rue Rambuteau, in the heart of Le Marais' historic streets, the association's apartment is located in a classic mid-19th century building. The neighbourhood combines aristocratic architecture with a lively everyday life, where cafés, galleries and specialty shops stand side by side. Here, you live just a few steps from the Seine, Place des Vosges and the city's cultural life, while the atmosphere remains locally rooted.

The floor plan is harmoniously distributed around the entrance hall, with living areas facing the street and quieter zones facing the courtyard. The classic proportions and beautiful light create a strong starting point for a gentle renovation, where history and contemporary comfort can meet.
