INT72 City Retreats is built around three of Europe’s most iconic capitals. London, Paris and Rome are cities that invite repeated visits – not to tick off landmarks, but to experience the neighbourhoods, the atmosphere and the small discoveries that only reveal themselves over time.

The portfolio is centred on apartments in established city districts, where cafés, restaurants, culture and everyday life unfold just outside the front door. The focus is not on transport and logistics, but on the freedom to explore on foot and experience each city at your own pace.

City Retreats is about the pleasure of returning. Returning to the same café for a morning coffee, discovering new exhibitions, revisiting familiar streets and neighbourhoods that gradually become as familiar as your own hometown. It is about having a place to return to in the heart of some of Europe’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities.

The apartment in Paris has already been secured, while work on completing the portfolio continues. It is still possible to become part of the association.

In the heart of Le Marais, on Rue du Bourg Tibourg, the association's flat is located in a beautiful 19th-century building with classic proportions and a lift. The neighbourhood is lively and atmospheric, with small galleries, cafés and shops right outside the door – and at the same time, there is a special Parisian tranquillity in the historic streets.

The flat features well-preserved details such as parquet floors, stucco and fireplaces, which bear witness to its Haussmannian heritage. The two adjoining living rooms facing west are filled with daylight, and the floor plan allows for an interior design that balances elegance and functionality. With two bedrooms and generous living areas, it provides the foundation for a refined city home with plenty of authentic Parisian charm.

Here, everyday life is lived on foot between markets, museums and the banks of the Seine, with the metro and the city's other neighbourhoods within easy reach. A home in Paris where architecture, atmosphere and location come together in perfect harmony.

The property is not yet in operation and is currently being developed as part of the association’s future portfolio of holiday homes.
