Our first Swedish 21-5 owner association. The first homes have been taken into use by the association's families. The feedback from the families has not been entirely negative.

The owner association's apartment is situated in a fantastic location in the charming town of Sant Elm, which is the westernmost point on Mallorca.

The owner association has acquired an absolutely magnificent villa in the hills of Southern France. Style, ambiance, and location come together in a truly exceptional way.

The owner association didn't get an apartment in Chamonix as planned; they simply got a mini-chalet. It has become so cozy, and the owners love it.

One is tempted to say that the association's villa in Tuscany was the typical 21-5 project. Everything needed to be done, but the result has turned out to be fantastic.
