The association has been established!
When the homes are ready, i.e. when they have been taken over, refurbished, furnished, prepared and photographed, we will create a comprehensive gallery of each home. Until then, we will continuously post before pictures as we find and acquire the individual homes. We look forward to all five homes being up and running.
Cannes
South of France (before pictures)
We have secured a beautiful apartment for the association in Cannes – La Bocca, where the Mediterranean Sea sparkles just outside. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea as the sun sets over the Côte d'Azur. The property also offers a communal swimming pool and tennis court, so you can enjoy an active and relaxing holiday.
The apartment is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be transformed into a modern and inviting holiday home with three bedrooms – one more than promised. The result will be a bright, stylish base where you can experience the charm of the French Riviera up close.

Monte San Savino
Tuscany (photographer on the way)
Gentle hills and cypress trees dot the horizon around the association's villa near Monte San Savino in the province of Arezzo. The location is peaceful yet centrally located in the classic Tuscan countryside, with short distances to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. The area combines village life, culture and nature in one of the region's most sought-after areas, where accessibility and scenic tranquillity go hand in hand.
The villa unfolds over two floors with a floor plan that balances tradition and spaciousness. Exposed beams and terracotta floors give character to the living areas, where the kitchen and dining room come together as the natural focal point of the house. From here, doors open onto a covered terrace, and the garden forms a green frame around the pool and the long, bright days under the open sky.
Everyday life is lived between small villages, local markets and family-owned trattorias, while Arezzo offers art and culture within easy reach.
