Grasse

South of France

In the heart of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur lies Grasse, known as the perfume capital of the world. The town is rich in history, charm and southern French atmosphere – with small winding streets, colourful houses and a location that offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline at Cannes and Antibes.

It is here that we have found a property that beautifully captures the classic southern French style and atmosphere. From the very first moment, you will be captivated by the panoramic sea views that create an almost magical setting for the house.

The property offers an inviting pool area, perfect for relaxing in the sun – always accompanied by the breathtaking view that makes every moment an experience. In addition, there are beautiful outdoor areas, ideal for al fresco dining or quiet moments in the shade of the Mediterranean's green flora.

Inside, you are greeted by a spacious living room and an elegant dining room, where the classic cotto tiles on the floor enhance the authenticity and warmth of the home. The property also features bright, inviting rooms and well-appointed bathrooms, which together create a comfortable base for relaxing holidays.

All in all, this is a property that combines location, style and aesthetics in the most exquisite way. It is an ideal starting point for many unforgettable holidays in the south of France – a home that is both practical and full of soul.

Chamonix (before pictures)

In the charming Favrands district, just south of Chamonix town centre, the association’s chalet apartment is surrounded by traditional wooden houses, narrow streets and the distinctive Alpine tranquillity that characterises the area’s most sought-after addresses. Here, you experience the feeling of living in a mountain village, whilst restaurants, cafés, shops and ski lifts are all within easy reach. It is precisely this combination of proximity to town life and the authentic chalet atmosphere that makes the location so attractive.

The chalet is being renovated in a classic Alpine style with timber cladding and traditional details, and the interior design will focus on warm materials, functional solutions and the cosy atmosphere that characterises the finest mountain homes.
The view from the property is truly special. To the south and east, the Mont Blanc massif rises on the horizon, whilst the valley and surrounding mountain peaks unfold to the north. From both the balcony and the outdoor area, nature becomes an integral part of the experience all year round. In winter, skiing and mountain life are right on your doorstep, whilst summer offers hiking trails, cycle routes and long days in the fresh mountain air. A home in Chamonix where views, size and authentic Alpine atmosphere come together in a rare harmony.

The property is not yet operational and is currently under development as part of the association’s upcoming property portfolio.

Capolona

Tuscany (before pictures)

In the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, where rolling hills meet vineyards and olive groves, lies this classic country estate, just minutes from the charming villages of Capolona and Subbiano and a short drive from Arezzo. Here, authenticity, spaciousness and potential come together in a property that will soon be a perfect Tuscan gem in the well-known 21-5 standard.

You can feel the atmosphere even as you approach the property. The small villages offer authentic local life with cosy trattorias, cafés and shops where you can find everything from freshly baked bread and local cheeses to wine and olive oil produced right in the area.

The property itself appears as an authentic setting with great flexibility and space to create a home that exudes both tradition and modern comfort. The classic architecture, solid stone walls and red tiled roofs form the backdrop for a home that is undergoing a gentle transformation. There are five bedrooms, spacious living areas and several bathrooms – with the possibility of further expansion if desired. The property also includes a large annexe, which offers exciting potential for future expansion.

Outside, the delights really unfold. The garden has already been landscaped, and the beautifully situated pool area with its large swimming pool invites you to spend days in the sun overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Several terraces offer both quiet moments in the shade and long evenings under the open sky, where you can enjoy the smell of barbecue, a glass of wine and the view that never loses its magic.

The location is ideal – close to the authenticity of local life, but also with easy access to culture and city life. In just 15 minutes, you can be in Arezzo, one of Tuscany's most atmospheric cities with historic piazzas, lively markets and world-class art treasures. At the same time, Florence, one of Europe's most iconic cultural cities, is just over an hour away. From the property, you can also explore Chianti, Cortona, Montepulciano and the Casentino Valley, all of which are within easy driving distance.

In short: a property with everything that Tuscany represents – aesthetics, history, culture, gastronomy and nature. Once the renovation is complete, the villa will be a Tuscan dream come true: spacious, beautiful and with potential that extends far into the future.
