Resales

Many families prefer to become a part of an already established owner association rather than being part of an owner association from the project stage. As a result, resales usually cost more than a share in a new owner association.

There are two main reasons for this:

• When you become a part of an already established owner association, you can see the five actual homes that you can co-own. This is not possible with an emerging owner association as the homes are purchased after the owner association is formed.
• You can book and go on vacation immediately.
  
  

As an international family, you cannot for now join the local owner associations in Scandinavia and Germany. Therefore, it will be some time before it is possible to purchase a resale.

Most shares are sold without being advertised on our website. Many families choose to sign up to be notified when a resale becomes available. We always send resale offers to our waiting list before announcing them on the website, so many shares are sold without public advertising.
