Grande

The association has been founded, and the first home - first line in Mallorca, has been found and purchased. (See photos above and below).
There are still shares available in phase 1, so it is still possible to be a part of this phase.

By purchasing a share in the Grande Owners' Association, you become a direct co-owner (1/21) of 5 unique holiday homes in the above destinations. The homes are owned exclusively by the 21 families in the association.

The holiday homes in the Grande Owners' Association will be of the same high standard as all other properties in the already established 21-5 Owners' Association.

The group will own a unique private villa in each destination. Each villa will have a private pool, with the exception of the chalet in Chamonix and the villa in Sweden. Each villa will have 4-5 bedrooms and sleep a minimum of 10 adults.

Once the group of 21 families is complete, you can expect all 5 homes to be in use within 12-24 months.

The association's first home has already been found and purchased. The home is located in the first row to the sea and has its own private ladder to the azure Mediterranean.
