By purchasing a share in Large, you become a direct co-owner (1/21) of five unique holiday homes in the above-mentioned destinations. The homes are owned exclusively by the 21 families in the association.

The holiday homes will be of the same high standard as all other homes we have created for the existing 21-5 associations.

The families in the association will become co-owners of a country villa in Tuscany with a private pool and 4 bedrooms, a pool villa in the South of France with 3 bedrooms, a delightful city apartment in the heart of Paris with 2 bedrooms, an apartment with a view and outdoor areas in Chamonix with 3 bedrooms, and an apartment in southern Spain with a shared pool and 3 bedrooms.

Once the association is fully subscribed with 21 families, you can expect all homes to be in use within 12-24 months.

Phase 1 is now on offer at an introductory price of €475,000. Once the association is founded, the price will rise to €495,000 per share.
