The association has been founded.
There are still a few shares available in phase 1, so it is still possible to be a part of that phase.

By purchasing a share in the Large Owners Association, you will become a direct co-owner (1/21) of 5 unique holiday homes in the destinations listed above. The homes are owned exclusively by the 21 families in the association.

The holiday homes in the Large Owners' Association will be of the same high standard as all the other homes in the already established 21-5 Owners' Association.

The villa in Tuscany will have 4 bedrooms and a private pool, the villa in South of France will have 3-4 bedrooms and a private pool, the villa in Southern Sweden will have 3-4 bedrooms and the apartments in Chamonix and Southern Spain will have a minimum of 3 bedrooms.

The founding meeting with the first families has already taken place, and the hunt for the homes is on.

Once the group of 21 families is complete, you can expect all 5 homes to be in use within 12-24 months.
