The association has already been founded.

The first home, a unique holiday home in the first line to the sea, with a private beach and boat dock, is located on a small island outside Stockholm and is used by the association's families.

You can still become a member of the association, so please contact us if you would like to join.

By joining this exclusive group, you will become a direct co-owner (1/21) of five unique holiday homes in the above destinations. These homes are exclusively owned by the 21 families in the association.

The Swedish villas will have three or four bedrooms. The villa in Tuscany will have four bedrooms and its own pool, as will the villa in the south of France. The apartment in Chamonix will have three bedrooms.

Once the association is fully subscribed, you can expect all the homes to be in use within 12–24 months.
