Louise Weiergang Ipsen
Louise leads our talented Design team.
Her professional passion is largely about getting the whole puzzle to fit together with great dedication and attention to detail. With 10 years of experience in management and project management, and a background in the fashion and travel industries, Louise's aesthetic sense and ability to make things succeed are quite unique.
Louise is driven to achieve results through an empathetic and engaging leadership style and believes that the best results come through well-being, culture, and values. She leads her team with a high level of involvement in each individual and achieves beautiful results together with her team.
Married to Mikael and mother of three children, Louise has traveled, lived, and worked abroad for several years, including a couple of years in Hawaii, a couple in New England, and one on a cruise ship.
Louise has a strong creative side and a great passion for everything related to aesthetics, especially flowers and gardens. It is a pure pleasure to listen to Louise explain and tell about the thoughts behind the decisions made with great integrity, insight, and a sense of responsibility.
Weekends are often spent with 8-10 visits to the local nursery, renovating an old villa in Humlebæk, friends, culture, runs in the forest, and dips in the Øresund. The nature around us is fantastic, even when you've seen most of the world.
