Anders Køj
Together with Laila, Anders is the spearhead of 21-5.
The idea for 21-5 was born during a lunch meeting between Laila and Anders in the fall of 2008, and they form a rather unique team. 21-5 is run and driven by Laila and Anders and Anders Heisel based on a set of values that are deeply rooted in all of them.
Initially, Anders handled all customer contacts for 21-5, but has gradually taken a step back from this role. Anders is responsible for our international offices, where he also spreads the positive spirit of 21-5. Much of his time is spent coaching our country managers.
He is also involved in all marketing activities and website design. He writes all the texts for the website.
Anders doesn't travel as much as he did in the early years of 21-5. Two school-age children at home who need his support and help with their studies, which Anders enjoys very much.
In addition to making 21-5, he spends his free time playing golf, keeping fit, and racing sailboats. And, like almost everyone in their 50s, Anders has taken up road cycling.
