Line Brogaard Hede

Line lives in Nærum with her husband and their two big boys – and not least the family’s four-legged member, the dog Tikka. The family enjoys being out in nature, and Line loves long walks, skiing trips with her two big boys and husband, and outdoor adventures with overnight stays in the wild – often in the Swedish forests or Norwegian mountains.

Line is a true all-rounder – not only professionally, where she masters planning, structure, and leadership with precision and empathy – but also privately, where she excels in the sweet kitchen. Her baking skills are at a level where she could undoubtedly win The Great Baking Competition – her macarons are legendary.

With a background in pharmaceuticals and many years of experience in management, quality control, and operations, Line brings a sharp analytical mind and a strong process understanding to her work. She has held leading roles in production and quality assurance at companies such as Signum Life Science, Bavarian Nordic, and Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics, working with everything from production and administration to operational excellence and project management.

Today, Line is Head of Property Operations and Support at 21-5, where she combines her structured approach with great human insight. She is known for her ability to create momentum and overview – always with a calm and trustworthy energy that positively influences those around her.

Line is an indispensable part of the team and a vital cultural ambassador, whom we are very proud to have on board.
