CEO Planner Team
Monika Andersen
Monika is part of our CEO Planner team, where her role includes supporting Laila and Charlotte in continuously improving and optimizing workflows, especially within real estate development. She is also a Subject Matter Expert in monday.com, and with her great drive and passion for understanding what business does and how it can be "translated" into something that monday.com can support, she helps make their daily tasks easier.
Monika holds a master's degree in telecommunications engineering from DTU, but after her studies, she shifted her focus to IT consulting and worked as a business consultant for 10 years before joining 21-5.
On a personal note, Monika is originally from Lithuania but came to Denmark to complete her master's degree and never moved back.
Monika lives in Bagsværd with her husband and their two sons. In her free time, Monika loves listening to various podcasts, reading books, practicing yoga, and going for long walks or runs.
