Process & IT
Monika Andersen
Monika is part of our IT and process team, where her role is to bridge the gap between business processes and IT. She has a strong drive and a passion for understanding what the business does and how it can be "translated" into something that IT can support to make their daily tasks easier. She works closely with Eva to define methods within IT project execution and many other exciting tasks to help the 21-5 business, so processes can be handled even more efficiently.
Monika holds a master's degree in telecommunications engineering from DTU, but after her studies, she shifted her focus towards IT consulting and worked as a business consultant for 10 years before joining 21-5.
On a personal note, Monika is originally from Lithuania but came to Denmark to complete her master's degree and never moved back. Monika lives in Bagsværd with her husband and their 2 boys. In her free time, she loves listening to various podcasts, reading books, taking long walks, or going for a run. Additionally, she practices and teaches Hot Yoga (Bikram).
