Kimie Allerup Renard
Kimie usually forgets to water her plants, and domestic chores at home don't interest her. However, she's passionate about service and making things work together seamlessly. That's what truly excites her and where she channels her energy. Before joining the 21-5 family, she worked as a Sales Coordinator at a major Danish design company and as an Administrative Secretary at a housing association.
Kimie is motivated by having many colleagues around her, all working together toward a common goal in a busy everyday work environment. But never too busy for a good laugh.
Kimie lives in Helsingør with her two children and enjoys the spacious surroundings with forests and beaches. Her home is almost always full of kids, and taking extra children to dinner at her place is a common occurrence. When going on holidays in Denmark, it's more the rule than the exception to have extra kids in the backseat.
Kimie patiently waits to get the urge to engage in all the trendy exercise activities, as she puts it. In the meantime, she recharges and finds energy in nature, extended weekends away with her friends, or at a great party.
Kimie's motto is "Make it Count," and she says it aloud in the car on the way to work and on her way back home to her kids.
