Anne Møller Jakobsen
Anne started at 21-5 as part of Property Operations & Support and has since transitioned into the role of Customer Experience Manager. Here, she gets to focus on her passion for creating the best customer experiences. Anne works across the entire 21-5 organization to ensure smooth handovers and development with a focus on the owners. Additionally, Anne is responsible for the Black properties and servicing the owners in these communities.
Anne is trained in the hotel industry with a Master’s degree in Hotel Management from England, and in her previous jobs, she has always worked on the development and building of service concepts. At 21-5, Anne has had the opportunity to use her big heart for service to ensure that the concept, processes, and standards live up to the high expectations of the owners.
Anne is married to Peter, and together they have three daughters and a small dog, Carlo. Her free time is spent with the family at their house in Hornbæk and enjoying the cozy local community. Romantic getaways are prioritized when grandma can be booked to watch the girls, and otherwise, Anne is always busy with a good book, loves a good glass of wine, and enjoys spending time with good friends, neighbors, and family.
