Lise Pedersen
Lise is responsible for promoting the 21-5 concept to Norwegian families.
Lise became acquainted with the 21-5 concept while living and working in Denmark, where she had a conversation with some neighbors who spoke highly of their 5 beautiful vacation homes. She has been a happy co-owner of DK19 since 2017. Her enthusiasm was so great that she has harbored the dream of working for 21-5 for some years, helping to spread the happy message from Denmark to Norway about 21 families sharing 5 fantastic vacation homes.
Lise comes from the financial industry, where she has many years of professional experience with Nordic financial conglomerates in insurance, banking, and consulting. She has held various roles and responsibilities, including sales, advisory, coaching, and management. She has a broad education in social science, psychology, economics, and innovation, with an interest in communication, collaboration, and organizational culture. Lise has found her place at 21-5, where the values are not just something written in an employee handbook but something that everyone at 21-5 is conscious of every day. It's a great experience to look forward to going to work every day. Lise is responsible and quality-conscious, willing to go to great lengths to make customers happy.
Privately, Lise has had one foot in Denmark and one in Norway for several years and is unable to let go of either country. In the summer, a lot of time is spent on golf, primarily in Denmark, where she is a member of Rungsted Golf Club, while in the autumn and winter, Norway tempts with mountain hikes and skiing.
Lise lives in Stavern, Norway, and works from the 21-5 office in Oslo when she is not with the rest of the 21-5 team in Hørsholm.
