Charlotte Vendelbo

Charlotte lives in Vedbæk with her partner and their four blended children. After several years of living in Italy, she speaks fluent Italian.

For more than 15 years, Charlotte has held leadership roles, including VP at OBH, commercial director for 7-Eleven, and strategic advisor for companies such as Vestas and Siemens Energy. She has also been the General Manager at Dagrofa, where she was responsible for daily operations. Additionally, Charlotte has been a partner and strategic advisor at both Whitebox and AlphaSigh.

Charlotte is known for her ability to drive growth and innovation and has a particular talent for finding opportunities where others see challenges. She has been an entrepreneur multiple times and has a background as a designer from Florence as well as an HD degree. Previously, she has been a purchasing manager at both Magasin and Coop Norden.

Charlotte has skills in creating a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. Her energy and passion are palpable. Her approach to leadership is characterized by integrity and empathy.
