Klaus Melchior

Following many years in leadership roles at established international companies, innovative growth firms and, most recently, as an independent strategy and finance consultant, Klaus is part of the CEO Planner team, where he contributes financial expertise, strategic guidance, commercial insight and a focus on long-term value creation for both 21-5 and the owners’ associations.

Klaus’s background includes roles as Finance Director at the Novasol Group and as CFO at the AI company GetWhy, where he worked closely with owners, investors and boards to develop businesses, carry out capital raises, optimise financial processes and support international growth.

In his private life, Klaus lives in Hørsholm, close to the woods. His family and spending time with his two adult children mean a great deal to him. He enjoys life in the great outdoors and likes to spend his free time walking and running. He has a keen interest in food and wine and appreciates gastronomic experiences – both at home and whilst travelling. When it’s time for a holiday, he often heads to Canada, England, Norway or Greenland, where he indulges his great passion for fishing.
