Mie Pankalla Thomsen

Mie is part of our Office Management team and has impressed from day one with her great dedication, sense of responsibility, and her always contagious smile. She is dutiful to a degree rarely seen, and this applies to everything she takes on – whether she’s ensuring the house runs smoothly day to day, or assisting our interior team in finishing homes for our owners.

She is always helpful, always cheerful, and always ready to lend a hand – and not least a laugh. There is a special calm and warmth about Mie, and perhaps there’s an old soul hidden behind the youthful exterior – a soul that values order, presence, and putting care into everything she does. At home, she continues at the same high pace, where both the house and surroundings are kept spotlessly clean and precise – in a way most people can only dream of.

But beneath the calm exterior there’s also a sparkle in her eye – and a true speed demon. Because when Mie isn’t zipping around the office, she’s instead zipping around the plantation at home – on her big ATV, of course.
