Kasper Elleriis

Kasper’s path to 21-5 hasn’t been entirely straightforward – and perhaps that is precisely what makes his story so fascinating.

Among other things, Kasper has worked as a jackaroo – or cowboy – in Australia and has lived in both Spain and Mexico. After several years in international sales, primarily within the agricultural sector, he found his way into the property sector, where he has worked as both an independent estate agent and a buyer’s adviser.

A common thread running through the many different chapters of Kasper’s working life is a keen interest in people, homes and places – and in finding the perfect match between them. It is this experience and approach that he now brings to his work at 21-5. Sport has also always played a major part in Kasper’s life. He has practised martial arts at elite level and has also had the pleasure of representing Denmark on the national Australian rules football team.

Here at 21-5, Kasper is part of the Stakeholder Management team, where he regularly meets with housing associations and owners, either at general meetings or other gatherings; here, he helps explain how the associations’ housing estates are run and acts both as chairperson and problem-solver.

In his private life, Kasper is married to Ditte, and together they have two children, Abel and Sol. The family also includes the cats Bølle and Bitten, as well as the hens Mille, Perle, Hvide and John Tordenvejr – at least for the time being, as the foxes in Birkerød occasionally have their own ideas about the size of the family.

When Kasper isn’t at work, he likes to get out into nature. This might involve a trip out on the water in his little boat Gerda or spending time at the family’s remote farm in Sweden. He loves places with history, character and plenty of space around him – and perhaps that is precisely why working with housing, people and communities at 21-5 suits him so well.
