Lars Heede

Lars has been part of the 21-5 team since January 2015. But as a private friend of Laila and Anders, Lars had long before he joined us, been unable to hide his enthusiasm and fascination with the idea of an entirely new way to enjoy life in their own foreign holiday homes.

Lars has always worked internationally and has traveled the world extensively over the past several years. He often describes his role at 21-5 as a "versatile midfielder" with multiple tasks, but property searches, negotiations, and property acquisitions are what fill most of Lars's time. As a result, he has quite a few travel days each year. Lars is also part of the team responsible for all marketing efforts.

Lars is a passionate aesthete and is driven by the joy of finding and creating the most beautiful homes, which in turn bring smiles to the faces of the owners in 21-5 associations. He is always eager to enthusiastically talk about the 21-5 concept and, at the same time, he has a passion for exploring all the exciting development opportunities that the concept offers. Lars is a "dog lover" and an outdoor enthusiast, and as soon as the opportunity arises, he can be found on a mountain, either in running shoes, on skis, or on his mountain bike.
