Mette Ejlertsen

Mette loves coordinating and being surrounded by people. She thrives when she can create an overview, build structure, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly – both for colleagues and members. Helpfulness and positivity are key traits for Mette, and she puts her energy into keeping things running smoothly in a busy day-to-day life.

Before joining the 21-5 family, Mette worked for more than 15 years as a project manager in the advertising and marketing industry. She chose to change direction to become part of 21-5 and now finds great joy in her work in Stakeholder Management – especially in the collaboration with colleagues and the positive energy that defines the work environment.

Mette lives in Virum with her son and enjoys being close to both forest and bathing lake, which she makes good use of all year round. When her schedule allows, she loves to travel – often to one of 21-5’s destinations – but a summerhouse trip in Denmark with friends or family is also a favorite.

Mette recharges with good laughs, presence, and connection – and her motto is: "Smiles are contagious."
