Tobias Skaaning

Tobias is a trained software developer from ITU and has gained extensive experience developing CRM systems for many different types of clients during four years at a small consultancy. This has given him a broad understanding of the entire process and a solid toolbox to work with.

At 21-5, Tobias shares responsibility for the CRM system, and he is passionate about ensuring that it always supports the business in the best possible way. He values listening to and involving his colleagues, so the system becomes a living tool that helps everyone in their daily work. Curious by nature, Tobias loves both sharing his knowledge and learning new things himself. He actively seeks out new challenges and eagerly follows the latest technologies in order to create solutions that truly make a difference.

Outside of work, Tobias can be found in Virum, where he has lived for many years. His fiancée lives in China, and the two are looking forward to building a life together. Hørsholm still holds a special place in Tobias’ heart – he grew up in the town, and his grandparents still live there. In his free time, he enjoys exploring augmented reality and game development, and traveling is a great passion of his. He has visited both Japan and China, and his next trip will surely be to another exciting destination – perhaps South Korea.
