Katrina Grundahl Hannberg

Katrina has over 15 years’ experience in development, sales and strategy, and particularly thrives at the intersection of structure, momentum and strong relationships. She has a natural ability to see the bigger picture and turn ideas into tangible results – always with a focus on developing both people and the business.

Katrina is motivated by driving progress and making a real difference, both through strong partnerships and solutions that create value. Her background as a sergeant in the army has given her a solid foundation in leadership and a natural sense of structure, responsibility and drive, which she brings to bear in her work every day.

In her private life, Katrina lives in Amager with her husband Thomas and their two boys. In her spare time, she finds it important to spend time with family and friends and draws energy from nature, often on camping trips, in the sauna or by the sea. She has a great passion for travelling and experiencing the world, both through small everyday experiences and bigger adventures.

In recent years, Katrina has led the Danish market at Hamonoya, where she has worked strategically on everything from processes and growth to optimising workflows and building long-term relationships. Previously, she has worked for OBH Nordica and Groupe SEB, among others, where she gained solid experience in consumer insight, partnerships and market development.
