Throughout the area west of Malaga, there are 2 main roads, which are quite dominant in several places. These main roads make it easy and quick to move along the coast to different areas and cities, but we never buy holiday homes in noisy locations or where the view is dominated by busy roads.

In Southern Spain, there are charming local areas and many beach clubs where life is lived to the fullest. Celebrities and the jet set have been drawn to Marbella since the 1970s. Stars like Antonio Banderas and Sean Connery have called the city home. A trip here awaits a mix of city life and relaxing days on lovely beaches. There are beautiful sights, a delightful climate year-round, and cozy fish and tapas restaurants, making the area a popular destination.

As you get to know the local area well, you'll find your favorite activities and places that you'll want to revisit year after year. Few places in the world offer as much culture, history, and charm as the southern Spanish region of Andalusia.

The Sunny Coast has been a golf mecca for many years, and here you can play on some of the world's best courses year-round. The level of the many local clubs and courses is very high. Passionate golfers naturally become very dependent on the area.

The hinterland also offers many experiences. Local small villages are scattered over the hills, and you can visit fruit orchards and winemakers who proudly produce delicacies of very high quality. Along the entire coast, one beach is replaced by the next. The beaches are almost only interrupted by beautiful steep cliffs and cozy harbor towns.

Common to all of them is that we attach great importance to the location being in one of the attractive areas along the coast. These areas can be found both close to the coast and a few kilometers away from the coast in small exclusive enclaves.
