Pernille has 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, where she has worked as an independent real estate agent, administrative manager, and operations manager. Pernille has always worked with people and properties, and before joining 21-5, she was part of an international real estate concept. This makes Pernille and 21-5 the perfect match.

Pernille is part of Stakeholder Management, where she benefits greatly from her experience as a real estate agent. Just like in the role of an agent, the focus in Stakeholder Management is on excellent customer service, strong relationships, and constructive dialogue. Pernille has lots of energy and drive, she is always ready for a challenge and loves contributing to making things smarter and easier to understand.

Privately, Pernille lives in Virum with her husband, two older teenage sons, and the family dog Molly. In her free time, Pernille enjoys outdoor training, spending quality time with family and friends, and active vacations, preferably to Club La Santa.
