Karina Cecilie Bendix Møller

Karina is our support when IT and business need to speak the same language.
As a Product Owner, Karina helps set the direction for our digital strategy and development processes, ensuring that our digital products meet the needs and expectations of our owners and colleagues. With many years of experience navigating the intersection between business and IT, Karina is often seen moving around the office, thriving in her role as a bridge between users and digital solutions.

Karina has previously worked in the media industry and the pension sector, where she helped lead organizations through digital transformations, implemented new development processes, and played a key role in analyzing and clarifying user needs and translating them into requirements for digital products.

Karina is naturally outgoing and thrives in roles with many points of contact. At the same time, she is a team player, and with her background as a journalist, she has a solid foundation in communication, which she uses in her role as Product Owner.

Privately, Karina lives in Hørsholm with her two sons. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking in scenic nature areas, or swimming in the Øresund year-round. She practices reformer Pilates and yoga and is generally very focused on taking care of her body. Recently, she has rekindled her great passion for drawing and writing.
